Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
Payment must be made in full before the delivery of any products or services. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payments.
Delivery
We offer delivery services to certain areas within our designated service area. Delivery times and dates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the location and product availability. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the products. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee or reschedule the delivery.
Installation
The company does not assume any liability for any harm caused to walls, pipelines, or other civil structures during the installation process. However, in the event of any malfunction of the machine, the company will provide a replacement to the customer at no cost.
If any installation-related issues such as the unavailability of site access or lack of terrace access cause a delay, the responsibility will be deemed to rest with the customer. The company may charge visitation fees for any subsequent visits by the engineer.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
